Please read the following details carefully:
In poster sessions, poster materials must be individually printed and affixed.
1. Poster Size:
• Dimensions: 841 x 1189mm (Width x Height)
• Please prepare your posters in A0 size (vertical orientation is also acceptable).
2. Poster Board Size:
• Dimensions: 1000 x 2000mm (Width x Height)
3. Poster Installation and Removal Schedule:
• Poster installation : Before 9:00 AM on October 25th.
• Posters removal : After 5:00 PM on October 26th.
4. Poster Placement:
• Each poster board will be labeled with a poster number.
• You will receive your poster number at a later date through our website or on-site instructions.
